BLEND OF GRAPES
50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Blanc, with 4,500 - 5,000 stumps per hectare. Yield lower than 9,500 kg of grapes per hectare, corresponding to approx. 4,500 litters of wine from first pressing.
COLOUR
Bright antique pink with a light copper glare.
ALCOHOL CONTENT
12,5%
AGING
Primary fermentation in a thermoregulated steel tank, bottling taking place in the summer following the harvest, disgorging with low sugar content liqueur.
AROMAS
Suggestions of red berries and almonds, candied fruits, honey, rose petals, vanilla, buttery.
TASTE
Full-bodied, remarkably fine. Enveloping, harmonious, with a lingering aftertaste.
